UFS101 - 4th Reflection Topic

UFS101 - 3rd Reflection Topic

As a Muslim, we must ensure that our lifestyle is based on the Sunnah of the Prophet, especially with respect to health. The Prophet himself always care for physical health aspects of nutrition and that he himself is able to lead the armed Tabuk War despite 62 years old. A healthy body is needed to enable us to serve God, learn, work and serve the community and country. Some health tips that we can practice together, such as a simple exercise. try to practice exercises for 20 minutes, at least three times a week. Collect other friends to play soccer, volleyball, futsal, badminton and so on. If you are lazy to leave home due to cold and unstable weather, you can exercise at home, such as skipping, exercise robik, taebo and kickboxing. There are other examples ofexercises that can be obtained through youtube and other health sites on the Web.
Healthy and quality food is also important to their daily lives. Avoid eating too much. Emulate the nature of Allah, eat when hungry and stop before full. Obesity caused by excess calories and lack of exercise, it will bestored in the form of excess fat that their weight.
Eat vegetables and fruits enough of mungkin.Tidur required for our bodies get quality rest so that we are able to work the next day. He has made night for sleep and rest, so follow this dealing. Every man must face the stress, good student, housewife, doctor or patient. The important thing is how to deal with the stress. Clear our hearts to receive any problems that arise, and this can be achieved through the humbleprayers, qiamullail, reading the Koran and the remembrance of Allah. Let us take care of ourselves.

UFS101 - 2nd Reflection Topic

Poverty is a condition where a person is lack of material necessities of life. In modern society, usually equated with a shortage of money. Malaysia is still at a low level of poverty copoverty mpared to other countries such as Africa and the countries that are still in the midst of war.poverty is a situation where people lack of basic necessities such as lack of food, clothing and housing. Poverty can occur on the lack of individual and socioeconomic problems in the community.The measures should be taken to overcome this problem may also be implemented with the way a person should endeavor to resolve a problem through education, because knowledge is very important at the current time to achieve success and improve themselves and society.how charity is also a good way to help the poorest in society. World Bank and International Monetary Fund proposed economic development is the most effective ways to overcome poverty, but it must be accompanied by equitable distribution of income in society. Other people also suggested a free market for economic development and overcoming povertybecause if GDP grows by 1% of poverty will be reduced by about 1%.hope in this way we can reduce the level of poverty in our country.

UFS101 - 1st Reflection Topic

everyone have hobbies and their favorites. My favorite hobby is cooking. I really like cooking. perhaps many people would think that cooking is only suitable for women, but for me, everyone can cook no matter what your gender and your age as long as they are keen to try something new. because cooking is a challenging activity where if we cook with incorrect or inappropriate ingredients,the food that will make the other person feeling like vomiting or food poisoning when eating. That is why I take the cost of unique arts Cosmopoint. I have many hobbies among others. I like playing football. Because in our village football is our daily life, if you can not play football in the village, I'll go and play futsal with friends. if there is no ball, we would be dissapointed . other than play football, I also love to read comic books and watching movies. Naruto is one of my favorite comics and my favorite movie is transformers. Singing is also my hobby. from childhood I love to sing. especially at home, almost every day I have karaoke with my friends, even-though in toilet. My favorite type of music is rock as we can bang our head while listening. that is the only for the present. Thank you.

UFS101 - 5th Reflection Topic


This is my advice to the friends who rarely attend English language classes. you should be proud because having the opportunity to study in Cosmopoint, a college that is so popular in Malaysia. therefore you should regularly come to college because we are useless in Cosmopoint if not in the class, we are in the pay of loans. failing would result in repetition. free not to repeat, moreover the lecturers that teaches us is a very wide beautiful Angelina Jolie. So tell the friend of all the classes that do not attend the class ..^_^..
